Unlike set fee - based agents, who are unable to share properties, we work closely with other agents thereby offering you the widest choice and enabling you to find your ideal property.  This eliminates the need to juggle different agents making your viewing time simply more effective and stress free.   

Another important consideration is we do not charge a finder's fee.  Our service to you is completely free of charge and without obligation.  

Once you have found the perfect property, we also make the entire sales procedure simple by hand holding you through the whole process.  This includes recommending a solicitor, if required, from a selection of tried and tested solicitors who work independently from us, help you opening a bank account and introducing you to insurance and currency companies if you wish.

Why sell through Sapphire Properties

We offer a competitive commission rate with special offers for exclusivity. If you choose to market your property exclusively with us, it does not mean that your property will not be advertised via other agents.  We collaborate with many tried and trusted agents and arrange this for you.  You will benefit by only having to deal with us for the viewing arrangements.  Likewise, for complete peace of mind, you would only need to give out one set of keys to us as the other agents would have to come to us to arrange any viewings for their clients.  

In order to give the widest coverage, we advertise on the main portals such as Rightmove, Kyero and Zoopla. We also run fortnightly targeted campaigns to registered clients, attending overseas exhibitions where we get to meet many new clients, and we advertise on local Spanish radio & television.

Unlike fixed fee agents we actively encourage other agents to bring their clients to us to view and when their clients purchase, we share our commission with them.  This gives your property a much wider audience. For the seller a fixed low fee may sound a great deal but remember those agents will then charge a similar finder’s fee to your buyer.  Although this poses no problem to you it will reduce your searching clients when they can buy through another agent for free. Also due to the low commission charge these agents will not be able to share your properties with other agents giving a further limitation to the number of buyers available.
