Full description of this apartment

A very well presented 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom South facing apartment on a peaceful urbanisation only 20 minutes´ walk from Guardamar del Segura.

The stairs to the apartment leads you to a private glazed, covered terrace ideal for dining in the sun all year round, as you enter the apartment there is a spacious lounge dining area from which there is a good sized open plan American style kitchen.

Opposite the dining room there are two bedrooms, a master double bedroom and a further twin bedroom, both the bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes.
