Full description of this villa

This large detached 4bed/4bath, 1 cloakroom villa with private pool was built in 1997 and has 303 m2 of living space and sits on a plot of 758 m2.  The property can be used as two independent living areas, if required. The location is ideal being only a short 2-minute walk from the town centre and Norwegian school.

The villa has three levels, ground floor, first floor and second floor, each connected by an internal marble stairway. All rooms have thermostatically controlled oil-fired central heating radiators. It is fully alarmed and in a truly immaculate condition.

The ground floor consists of a lounge, a double bedroom with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, wardrobes and a fully fitted en-suite bathroom, modern kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher and plumbing for a washing machine. The lounge has satellite TV connections, air-conditioning and a ceiling fan and there are sliding patio doors leading to an arched outside terrace area and a large double glazed Naya.

The Naya, which at present comprises of a dining room, a dressing room which can easily be converted to a single bedroom, and en-suite bathroom, has fully opening bi-folding double-glazed, anti-glare doors with vertical blinds. Both the Naya and the adjacent terrace are both protected by an electric sun blind that runs the full width.  There are ceiling fans throughout.

The passageway has an electric dividing shutter that can be used, when required, to separate and secure the entire ground floor level from the remainder of the villa, thus making it ideal for independent occupation.  This room has a ceiling fan and the main Naya area has a further two ceiling fans.

The attractive garden has a private 8 x 4 swimming pool which has recently been fully renovated.  Adjacent to the pool is a large summer house that has bi-folding double glazed anti-glare doors, its own well equipped kitchen, a lounge and a terrace area with retractable awning. Next to the summer house is a separate building used for storing pool and garden furniture equipment.

The exterior shower house has a hot and cold-water supply to accommodate all seasons.

The garden has large sunbathing areas that capture the sun all day plus two gazebos that provide shade and alfresco relaxing.

To the side / rear of the villa is a large brick-built workshop complete with work benches, electric sockets and lighting.

Vehicle access to the villa is via the electronic roller shutter door, or pedestrian access via the side entrance gate which has an intercom system. Both entrances lead you to a spacious, easy to maintain garden which includes Coco palms, banana, lemon and orange trees. The garden has several stone seating areas and pretty night illuminations.

The large internal garage has an electric up and over door. Inside the garage are two side rooms, one contains a 200 litre immersion hot water tank (that ensures you never run out of hot water) and also a modern gas boiler. These units can either interact with each other or be operated independently.  The other room houses the 2,000 litre oil tank.

The driveway gives ample room for at least two other vehicles.

The urbanisation of Ciudad Quesada has chemists, doctors, numerous shops, bars, restaurants and the superb La Marquesa golf course.

The beautiful blue flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura are only a 10-minute drive away. Nearest airports: Alicante 30 minutes and Corvera 55 minutes.  .
