Outside the property has a driveway which is currently being used as a barbecue and dining area.  The community pool is just a few minutes walk away. 

The property is just 5 minutes’ drive to La Marquesa golf course and 10 minutes’ drive to the beautiful blue flag beaches of Guardamar del Segura.  There are many amenities close by and the property has easy access to many local towns and cities such as Torrevieja, Elche, Orihuela, Alicante, Murcia etc.  Alicante airport is just 40 minutes by car.
