LONG TERM RENTAL (Minimum six month) – Brand new, very well appointed, fully furnished, three bedroom, three bathroom, detached villa with private pool with off road parking and a large solarium in a quiet residential area of Ciudad Quesada within walking distance of facilities.  

On the ground floor, the beautifully presented, light and airy villa consists of a lounge, fully fitted, American kitchen with integrated appliances, double bedroom with fitted wardrobes with mirror doors, bathroom with walk-in shower and two handy store rooms.  From the lounge there are patio doors leading to a separate large dining room with built in fridge, sink and ample storage cupboards.  Outside is a separate utility room with more storage.  The staircase, which has both above and floor level lighting, leads to the first floor consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors with terrace overlooking the pool, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom.  There is an outside staircase from the landing leading to the large solarium with fantastic panoramic views of the lakes and a separate storage and outside kitchen area.  The easily maintained, fully tiled garden has a private pool and both pedestrian and drive gates.

The centre of Ciudad Quesada village with its vast array of shops, bars and restaurants is just a few minutes drive.  Guardamar town centre and its beautiful blue flag beaches is just 10 minutes by car.  Alicante and Murcia airports are 25 and 35 minutes respectively.  There are numerous golf courses and places to visit nearby.
