Spanish Property FREE Inspection Visits

With Sapphire Properties personalised inspection trips, you can view a selection of new build properties or resale properties for sale in either the Costa Blanca or Costa Cálida, all of which will have been matched to your specific requirements.

We feel it is essential that you visit and view the area before making such an important decision regarding where you eventually decide to purchase. Alongside property viewings, we ensure that you have enough time within the trip to have a good look around and get a feel for the general area, the people and the lifestyle.

Our FREE inspection trips are an excellent and economical way of doing this and we will be happy to help you arrange your visit to the region to discover our comprehensive range of new and resale properties.

Prior to your arrival, Sapphire Properties will prepare a portfolio of properties, tailored to suit your specific requirements. You can be assured of an excellent, guaranteed no pressure, one-to-one personal service. One of the team at Sapphire Properties will also show you around the local areas including the beaches, restaurants, bars, golf courses, leisure facilities and other places of interest.

Once you've found the perfect property, Sapphire Properties will arrange for you to reserve it with a small deposit, usually 3,000€. Feel free to ask lots of questions as it is better to get all the information before you return home. We can also arrange for you to meet with a solicitor, bank and, and currency exchange company should you need to. Whilst the decision is yours, we do recommend you talk to these experts as soon as possible if you need their services.

Sapphire Properties make the process as relaxed as possible, to start this process.

1. Simply call and discuss your potential trip with a member of our friendly team.
2. Organise and cover the cost of your flights and advise us of the flight details - These costs will be refunded to you up to a maximum of 250€ per couple if you purchase through us as result of the inspection trip.
3. We will reserve and pay for your accommodation for 3 nights in a local hotel on a bed and breakfast basis.
4. We will meet you at the airport, take you to the hotel and then accompany on the remainder of your inspection trip, showing areas and properties as outlined above.
5. Evenings free to chill out and relax giving you the opportunity to discuss the days´ events.
6. Once you have seen the property you want to purchase, we will walk you through every step of the process, introducing you to banks, solicitors, currency exchange companies as outlined above
7. At the end of your trip, we will collect you from your accommodation and take you back to the airport within ample time to catch your flight.

As with our viewing trips, we will spend quality time with you, ensuring you receive as much information as you need.  We simply ask that you give us enough notice of your trip in order that we can ensure one of our team is available to help you.
