This impressive, sunny, spacious 4 bedroom/ 3 bathroom detached villa with lovely private pool is in a quiet residential area in the very popular area of Ciudad Quesada within easy walking distance to local amenities.

Ciudad Quesada is a popular and cosmopolitan area with ample local facilities many of which are within easy walking distance.   There is a prestigious golf course, a four-star spa hotel, several gyms, aquapark and mini golf all close at hand.  The beautiful, blue flag beaches in Guardmar del Segura are just ten minutes’ drive and the very large and impressive Zenia Boulevard shopping and leisure complex is only twenty minutes away.  There is also the Habaneras Shopping and Leisure complex with its superb bowling alley and multiplex cinema only 15 minutes’ drive on the outskirts of Torrevieja. There are good motorway links nearby.  Alicante and Corvera airports are just 40 and 55 minutes respectively.
